As Time Goes By

You must remember this
A kiss is still a kiss
A sigh is still (just) a sigh
The fundamental things apply
As time goes by

And when two lovers woo
They still say: "i love you"
On that you can rely
No matter what the future brings
As time goes by

Moonlight and love songs - never out of date
Hearts full of passion - jealousy and hate
Woman needs man - and man must have his mate
That no one can deny

It’s still the same old story
A fight for love and glory
A case of do or die
The world will always welcome lovers
As time goes by

Thought 4 - Words of Wisdom!

Sometimes people come into your life and you know right away that they were meant to be there...to serve some sort of purpose, teach you a lesson or help figure out who you are or who you want to become. You never know who these people may be but you lock eyes with them, you know that very moment that they will affect your life in some profound way. There may be times when they may disappoint you … but balance that against the times they have delighted you.

The people you meet affect your life. The successes and downfalls that you experience can create whom you are, and the bad experiences can be learned from. In fact they are probably the most poignant and important ones. If someone hurts you, betrays you or breaks your heart, forgive them because they have helped you learn about trust and the importance of being cautious to whom you open your heart.

If someone loves you, love them back unconditionally, not only because they love you, but also because they are teaching you to love and open your heart and eyes to little things.

Wonder if this makes sense....

"Friends betray... because it is easier to betray people you trust than it is to a stranger!

That's why it's easier to forgive a stranger than to forgive a friend."

Well probably it does.

Success

"To laugh often and much, to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children, to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends, to appreciate beauty, to find the best in others, to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded!"

Thought 3 - Connecting...

It is so strange and amazing how you connect with people in your life. People, who you have known not more than few hours... people who might not hold anything in others lives, people who might not be even given second thoughts...people who have never expected much from others, people who have always lived their lives not yearning for recognition... and people, you might not even actually remember a few days/hours from now? Yet even for a few hours or even minutes today, you still stop to think about them....They have certainly touched some chord in you, some dormant emotion in you from amongst the unthinkable plethora of emotions.

Yet another :)

All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

I am always doing that which I can not do, in order that I may learn how to do it.
